【馬台港工程盛會】
立洲工程顧問有限公司（LNA）於 2025 年 12 月 2 至 5 日，應邀參與由中國工程師學會（CIE）組團赴馬來西亞吉隆坡舉辦之**「2025 馬台港三地大地研討會（IEM–CIE–HKIE Tripartite Seminar）」**。本次研討會匯集了馬來西亞、台灣與香港三地的工程菁英，台灣推薦的 4 篇論文全數獲選發表，充分顯示台灣在大地工程技術領域深受國際肯定。

【重量級代表團出訪】
本次代表團由賴建名副執行長率領，成員包含多位大地工程領域專家及政府官員。立洲工程董事長 吳烘森 以「中華民國水土保持技師公會全國聯合會 理事」身分受邀隨團參與，與中華民國隧道協會王泰典理事長、中華民國大地工程學會翁孟嘉理事長，以及行政院公共工程委員會官員共同與會。

【深化技術交流與地質防災】
在研討會中，LNA 憑藉深厚的水土保持與地質災害防減專業背景，積極與馬來西亞及香港工程界代表，針對三地不同的地質環境挑戰與解決方案進行深度交流。透過分享大地工程案例、地質風險管理方法與最新模擬技術，有效強化了 LNA 的國際專業影響力。

【拓展東南亞合作版圖】
除學術研討外，代表團亦拜會了馬來西亞兩大基礎建設龍頭企業——Gamuda Berhad 與 MRCB（馬資源）。吳烘森董事長與當地業者就地質調查、土木基礎工程、隧道與水土保持等領域的未來合作模式交換意見。此行不僅深化了三地專業社群的連結，更為 LNA 在東南亞市場的業務拓展，奠定了穩固的國際合作基礎。

[A Premier Engineering Gathering for Malaysia, Taiwan, and Hong Kong]
Li-Jou Engineering Consultants (LNA) was invited to participate in the "2025 IEM-CIE-HKIE Tripartite Seminar" held in Kuala Lumpur from December 2 to 5, 2025. Organized by the Chinese Institute of Engineers (CIE), the seminar gathered elite engineers from Malaysia, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. Notably, all four papers recommended by Taiwan were selected for presentation, demonstrating the high international regard for Taiwan's geotechnical engineering technology.

[High-Level Delegation]
The delegation was led by Deputy Executive Director Lai Jian-ming and included experts and government officials. Dr. Wu Hong-Sen, Chairman of LNA, joined the delegation in his capacity as Director of the National Federation of Soil and Water Conservation Technologists Associations. Distinguished guests included key figures from the Tunnel Association and the Geotechnical Society, along with officials from the Public Construction Commission.

[Deepening Technical Exchange & Disaster Prevention]
During the seminar, LNA leveraged its expertise in soil and water conservation and geological hazard mitigation to engage in deep discussions with counterparts from Malaysia and Hong Kong. The exchange focused on engineering challenges and solutions specific to the distinct geological environments of the three regions. By sharing case studies, risk management methodologies, and the latest simulation technologies, LNA effectively expanded its international professional influence.

[Expanding Horizons in Southeast Asia]
Beyond academic discussions, the delegation visited two of Malaysia’s leading infrastructure giants: Gamuda Berhad and MRCB (Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad). Chairman Dr. Wu exchanged views with local industry leaders on future cooperation models in geological surveys, civil infrastructure, tunneling, and soil conservation. This visit not only strengthened connections among the professional communities of the three regions but also laid a solid foundation for LNA’s business expansion in Southeast Asia.
