立洲工程顧問有限公司（LNA）董事長、同時也是中華民國水土保持技師與 APEC 亞太工程師的 吳烘森技師，於 114 年 12 月 11 日受邀前往印尼最高學府——印尼大學（Universitas Indonesia, UI） 擔任客座教授（Visiting Professor）。吳技師向該校土木與環境工程領域的師生，分享其多年在台灣執業、工程專案管理、跨國協作以及推動亞太區專業工程制度的寶貴經驗。

吳技師此次演講以「專業技師的國際實務視野：從台灣到亞太的工程專業發展」為題，深入淺出地探討了工程師在全球化浪潮下的角色與挑戰。演講內容涵蓋五大核心：

• 實務應用： 實務工程專案與水土保持技術的國際應用案例分享。

• 制度接軌： 台灣技師制度與亞太工程師制度（APEC Engineer）銜接之重要性。

[International Academic Exchange]
Dr. Wu Hong-Sen, Chairman of Li-Jou Engineering Consultants (LNA), a registered Professional Soil and Water Conservation Engineer in Taiwan and a certified APEC Engineer, was invited to serve as a Visiting Professor at Universitas Indonesia (UI) on December 11, 2025. Addressing faculty and students in the Civil and Environmental Engineering department, Dr. Wu shared his extensive experience in professional practice in Taiwan, project management, cross-border collaboration, and the promotion of the professional engineering system in the Asia-Pacific region.

[Lecture Highlights: Engineering Vision from Taiwan to Asia-Pacific]
The lecture, titled "International Practical Vision of Professional Engineers: Engineering Development from Taiwan to the Asia-Pacific," provided a comprehensive look at the roles and challenges of engineers in a globalized world. Key topics included:

• International Application: Case studies on practical engineering projects and soil & water conservation technologies.

• System Integration: The importance of aligning Taiwan’s professional engineer system with the APEC Engineer framework.

• Regional Development: Infrastructure needs in Southeast Asia and the evolving role of engineering consultants.

• Educational Cooperation: Outcomes and visions of LNA's collaboration with Indonesian universities during its international expansion.

• Future Trends: Cross-disciplinary integration, the adoption of AI tools, and professional upgrading in a globalized context.
